OVERALL REFLECTION

 REFLECTION

        First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Prof. Yusof for his advice and assistance. This topic is extremely relevant and instructive in terms of leadership development. The subjects presented in this course have taught me how to be a good leader who can lead a team to success. As a teacher, I've learned that in order to advance to the position of administrator in the future, I'll need to interact with those around me. Previously, I found it difficult to comprehend the leadership of my school's administration.

            After taking the Leadership course, I felt more prepared to manage my company and subordinates if I ever became an administrator. I've grown more bold and confident as a result of my online learning experience with other students. My coworkers encouraged and applauded me for the information I gave throughout my presentation. This greatly aided me in overcoming my anxiety of speaking. Prof Yusof also assisted us in providing a summary of our presentation so that we could finish it effectively.

            Personally, I may learn to value others' efforts so that their efforts are valued as well. This will assist a person in overcoming their low self-esteem problem. As a teacher and administrator, this is useful information. This allows us to quickly detect kids' emotional needs and assist them in achieving academic success.

            Finally, in order to make this learning meaningful, I will use all of the knowledge I have acquired about leadership in my personal and professional lives. As a result, I was able to cultivate a favorable image and serve as a good community leader.
