 REFLECTION WEEK 1 Prof Yusof gave us an overview of the course's guidelines and learning outcomes during the first week. Although the assignments may appear difficult, I am confident that by the conclusion of this course, we will be capable leaders. Prof Yusof discussed fundamental aspects of leadership, such as its nature, definition, and style. The important word he emphasizes is "influence," and how leaders should use it effectively. Role-playing and role-modeling go much farther in online classrooms. I gained a general idea of the course. Prof. Yusof, thank you. WEEK 2 The first lecture of the week is titled "Introduction to Leadership." Prof explained the introduction of leadership in a very clear and concise manner. What does it mean to be a leader, what are the traits of a leader, what is leadership theory, and so on.  REFLECTION           First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Prof. Yusof for his advice and assistance. This topic is extremely relevant and instructive in terms of leadership development. The subjects presented in this course have taught me how to be a good leader who can lead a team to success.  As a teacher, I've learned that in order to advance to the position of administrator in the future, I'll need to interact with those around me. Previously, I found it difficult to comprehend the leadership of my school's administration.                After taking the Leadership course, I felt more prepared to manage my company and subordinates if I ever became an administrator.
